as it says on the title. i'll water fasting for 2 months and see if it's going to do anything. i've got a condition where my body clings onto fat more and spends that energy into building muscle better, but that's not what i'm aiming for. once i lose the weight, i will try building my muscles again but for this fast, i don't think i'll have the energy to go to the gym. i'll try being kind to myself and avoid doing too much work, since my body's already using my body fat as energy to keep me alive. i also ate strawberry cheesecake and mint chocolate ice cream today...

that's all i really wanted to write about today. nothing too interesting happened. there will be a timer or something below the header i think but other than that... goodnight.
